The river has been untouched for more than three decades. This gives a very special feeling of wilderness. Around the banks of the river, the trees grow high in a varied terrain, and you can find exciting fishing spots sheltered for everything and everyone. The catch can definitely create an adrenaline rush of the very rare. Here we are talking about a real big salmon river. You can with good reason dream that it hits a ridge of over 20 kilos. The river is full of good fishing spots, and offers many nice pools. The Vefsna watercourse in Nordland extends through Hattfjelldal, Grane, Vefsn and Mosj\u00f8en before flowing into the Vefsnfjord.
